Scope, timeline, price and any recurring costs are stated in a quote before any commitment. For these projects, the deposit and balance are calculated from the accepted quote (generally 50%/50%).

How long does it take?
For a simple need covered by Automatisation Express (from €690), delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 business days after we receive the necessary access and the deposit. For a Custom or more complex project, the timeline depends on the diagnosis and is communicated with the quote.
How do I know how much my project will cost?
The price depends on concrete criteria: estimated time, complexity, number of tools, number of workflows, required integrations, security, data handling, maintenance, and external costs. Every request is assessed individually — never priced based on an assumed customer value. The questionnaire and the diagnosis call let us give you a precise price before any commitment.
Who pays for the tools and APIs the automation uses?
The quoted price covers the build. Subscriptions, APIs, hosting, messages and any external consumption are listed separately in the quote and remain your responsibility, unless stated otherwise.
Do I own the automation once it's delivered?
Yes — once the balance is paid, the automation we built belongs to you.
What happens after the 14-day follow-up?
The 14-day corrective follow-up covers adjustments tied to the initial delivery. Beyond that, any evolution or new request becomes a new quote.
Do I need to be a SENTARA subscriber to use this service?
No. Automatisation Express is an independent service, open to any business, subscriber or not.
Can you integrate the solution directly into SENTARA?
It's possible when it's technically relevant, and it's assessed case by case during the diagnosis — never assumed by default.
