SENTARA OFM Assistant is a reply-writing aid for OFM managers. It analyzes the message received from a fan, generates a natural, human-sounding reply, and gives you a strategic read on the situation.
It's not an autonomous bot. It doesn't connect to any platform. It never sends a message automatically. It doesn't manage your conversations on its own.
Core principle: the assistant drafts a reply. You review it, adjust it if needed, copy it, and send it yourself. Final approval always stays human.
Before generating replies, fill in the profile under the "Configure profile" tab. This step is optional but strongly recommended — the more precise the setup, the better the replies.
- Model's name or alias — automatically personalizes replies
- Personality — describes her style, character, and quirks
- Overall tone — soft, playful, confident, mysterious, or premium
- Writing style — short, natural, teasing, calm, or energetic
- Allowed flirt level — none, light, moderate, or suggestive-but-not-explicit
- Main objective — chat, qualification, follow-up, or soft selling
- Available offers — phrased generally and carefully
- Limits and things never to do — what the assistant must never do or say
- Phrases to avoid — overly repetitive or off-brand wording
Tip: describe the personality with concrete sentences. Specify the usual type of audience. Clearly list what the assistant must never promise. A well-filled profile radically changes reply quality.
Copy the exact message received from your OFM platform and paste it into the "Message received from fan" field. Paste it as-is — don't edit it.
Examples of messages you might handle:
Optional fields improve how relevant the reply is. They're all optional but recommended whenever you have the information.
- Conversation context — what happened before (2nd exchange, fan silent for 3 days, already purchased…)
- Fan type — new, regular, cold, engaged, hesitant, or potential buyer
- Reply objective — reply, follow up, build desire, calm down, redirect, qualify, or prepare a takeover
- Energy level — calm, natural, playful, or more engaging
Click "Generate a reply". The system analyzes the message and produces a structured output in 5 parts:
- Suggested reply — the reply ready to copy-paste, 1-2 sentences maximum
- Message analysis — detected intention, the fan's emotion, interest level, and commercial opportunity
- Reply objective — what this reply is strategically trying to achieve
- Human takeover — whether and when you should step in
- Follow-up suggestion — what to do if the fan replies
Always read all 5 sections — not just the reply. The analysis and takeover level are often the most important information for your final decision.
Always review the reply before using it. The assistant suggests — you decide. If something doesn't feel right, edit it before sending.
Click "Copy reply" to copy only the reply text. Then paste it into your messaging app — OnlyFans DM, external app, etc. — and send it yourself.
Never send a reply that promises something you haven't confirmed (an exact price, personalized content, availability). If the assistant suggests a commercial reply, check the details before sending.
Human takeover tells you when you should take the conversation over directly, rather than relying on the assistant.

- Always specify the fan type and objective before generating.
- Add conversation context whenever you have it — it changes everything.
- Never copy a reply without reviewing it.
- Freely adapt the reply — it's a starting point, not a final answer.
- Always take over yourself on conversations with strong commercial potential.
- Use different energy levels depending on the time and mood of the conversation.
- For cold outreach, use the "Follow up" objective with "Playful" energy.
- For hesitant fans, use "Calm down / reassure" with "Calm" energy.
- Sending the reply without reviewing it — always check before sending.
- Promising prices or content based on the assistant's reply without confirming.
- Ignoring a "Priority" or "Recommended" takeover — step in when it happens.
- Using the assistant on an ongoing conversation without specifying the context.
- Letting the assistant handle an important sale alone — your presence is essential.
- Skipping the profile setup and generating generic, unpersonalized replies.
